- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment. Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking details, if available.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. VALORA CHESS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your Order ID
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the product
We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund, where applicable.

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
