Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must:

- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
3. Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns for:

4. Return Process

- Reason for return
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping package (if damaged)

5. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, VALORA CHESS will arrange or reimburse the return shipping.
For returns that are not due to our error, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
6. Inspection
