Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
4. Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation by VALORA CHESS
VALORA CHESS reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product becomes unavailable due to inventory issues.
- Pricing or product information errors.
- Payment could not be verified.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Orders that violate our Terms & Conditions.
In such cases, customers will be notified and any successful payment will be refunded in full.
