Valora Chess respects your right to control your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your Valora Chess account:
- Send an email to support@valorachess.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request – Valora Chess
- Include the email address associated with your account
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Associated personal information (name, email)
- Profile image (if uploaded)
- Training activity and progress data
Data That May Be Retained
We may retain limited, non-personal or anonymized data for legal, security, or operational purposes, as required by applicable laws.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days after verification. Once deleted, the account and associated data cannot be recovered.
Children’s Accounts
If the account belongs to a minor, a parent, guardian, or supervising coach may submit the deletion request on the user’s behalf.
