What is included with my order?
Depending on the product you purchase, your order may include a premium chess mat, premium carry pouch, and other accessories as mentioned on the product page.
What material are VALORA CHESS mats made from?
Our chess mats are made using premium 3mm cushioned playing surface with high-quality printing, durable stitched edges, and a non-slip rubber base for a professional playing experience.
Are the mats suitable for tournaments?
Yes. Our mats are designed with tournament-style coordinates and are suitable for clubs, academies, coaching sessions, and competitive play.
Do the mats fold or roll?
The mats are designed to roll easily without permanent creases, making them convenient to carry and store inside the premium pouch.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes between 2–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.
Can I return my product?
Yes. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please review our Return Policy for complete information.
How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we deliver across India. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
